HaveClip makes it easier to transfer data from one PC to another. It does this by keeping the clipboard in sync across devices. It will sync the clipboard on your PC at work with the clipboard on your Mac at home for example. So if you copy something on your PC, you can paste it on your Mac. And if you copy something on your Mac, you can paste it on your PC.

As mentioned above, you can copy something on a PC and paste it on a Mac. You can do this because HaveClip is a cross-platform application. It can be used on Microsoft’s Windows operating system, on Apple’s Mac OS X, and it can also be used on the Linux open source OS.
To get HaveClip up and running on a PC you’ll just have to download an archive, extract its contents, and run the HaveClip executable.

While HaveClip is running, you will see an icon in the system tray. Left click it and you are presented with a list of items that were copied to the clipboard. Left click it and you are presented with a context menu that allows you to enable clipboard synchronization, clipboard sending, and clipboard receiving. The right click context menu also allows you to access the Setting menu, the About window, and the function to Quit the application.

HaveClip doesn’t have many features to offer, but the few ones it does offer, they’re quite useful. Here’s a look at the features I am talking about: sync the clipboard across multiple platforms; text, images, and application-specific data can be copied and pasted; save clipboard history to your disk; integration with paste services like Pastebin.com; encryption can be used.

Released under a GNU General Public License, HaveClip is free software.

Copy something on one platform and paste it on another – it’s all possible because HaveClip syncs the clipboard.

Pros

HaveClip is available for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, and Linux. Getting HaveClip up and running on a PC is a simple matter. HaveClip syncs the clipboard across devices and platforms. Integration with paste services like Pastebin.com. HaveClip is free software.

Cons

None that I could think of.
